The founder of SawlerBuilt.

I’m a Facility Manager and Project Lead currently responsible for the operation and ongoing development of multiple licensed cannabis facilities, where I oversee building systems, automation, capital projects, and day-to-day production environments. Alongside this role, I offer select consulting, design, and technical services through SawlerBuilt for operators looking to build smarter, more resilient facilities.
 

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across industrial trades, facility management, and automation — and have successfully designed, built, and commissioned four licensed cannabis grow facilities, from greenfield builds to major refits and operational optimizations.
 

What sets my work apart is the intersection of modern technology and legacy growing knowledge. I don’t approach facilities as abstract designs — I build systems that operators actually have to live with. That means practical layouts, serviceable mechanical systems, automation that adds value instead of complexity, and processes designed for long-term reliability.
